Users whose Internet Service Provider (ISP) is T-Mobile may face an issue where T-Mobile is blocking VOIP services on your router and your phone may show a status of operational, however calls fail to go through.
Hamshack Hotline has no control over this.
If you are a T-Mobile customer, your phone may not actually work with us.
Option #1 : We have had several HH T-Mobile customers who, at first, were unable to get there phones to work. Then these customers started using a VPN service to by-pass T-Mobiles routing information. After these customers started using a VPN, their phones then started to function correctly.
Option #2 : We have had 1 customer that upgraded his gateway to the new Arcadyan Model KVD21 gateway, supplied to him at no charge from T-Mobile and his HH phone started working.

The bottom line is that if you are a T-Mobile customer and your phone does not work correctly, there is nothing we can do on our side to fix it.
