If you have lost your password to your ticketing account, you can reset it.
The PASSWORD RESET link is here: https://apps.hamshackhotline.com:9090/pwreset.php
Enter your username or email address and click the SEND EMAIL button.
Our system will send a password reset link to the email address.
When your email arrives, click the link it contains, and you will be taken to a screen where you can reset your password.
Note: This method only works with the email address already on file with your ticket account.
If you enter an email address that the system does not know, the screen will reset and a red banner just above the username box will appear indicating that the system did not find that email address.
This can happen if, over the years, you changed your email address and forgot to update it on your ticketing account.
If that happens you will have to contact one of our service representatives so they can go into your account and update your email address. At that point you can then reset your password.
