From time-to-time, users may want to upgrade to a different phone for use with their existing HH extension, or their old phone stops working.
In either event, in order for the HHOPS staff to update the provisioning file for your phone, all you need to do is start a new ticket and, depending on your server, select the appropriate Phone Replacement Help Topic from the drop-down menu.

Fill out the ticket, and then submit it.
It is not necessary to submit a ticket for a phone replacement for endpoints on the HHUX network. Simply re-use the original credentials you were supplied for your existing HHUX extension.
