How To Broadcast A Voicemail To My Group

HH offers a feature called Voicemail Blast.

You can request a voicemail blast number & PIN, which when dialed, will allow you to broadcast a voicemail message to all members of your VM Blast group.

Broadcast messages go directly to voicemail and will light VM indicators on phones as well as email a copy of the broadcast message to the receiver's email address on file with HH.

To request a VM Blast number, please open a ticket and select New VM Blast Group from the Help Topic drop down list and provide the following info:

• Group Name/Club Call
  
• PIN Code (4 digits)
  
• List of HH numbers to send the broadcast voicemail to
  

HHOPS will then be able to create your VM Blast group.
